Different types of learners
One size does not fit all.
Scientists and psychologists have developed a number of different models to understand the different ways that people learn best.
One of the most popular theory is the VARK model.
It identifies four models of learners :
- Visual
- Auditory
- Reading / writing
- Kinesthetic
This is a Theory and as all theories, it has to be adapted.
Some learners can combine two differents types of learning, or even develop another type not mentionned above.
To help the child to progress in their learning, we have to know them, to be able to understand how they works.
The pedagogical team will do its best to know your child,and help him or her to develop its learning skills.
